You should choose to register as PRIVATE RENTER if you only have one active rental at a time to be listed on our website. Private Renter will pay for each listing period as follows:
30 Days - $10, 60 Days - $15, 90 Days - $20 120 Days - $25

You will be able to have one active listing during the term you select. This means you can add one listing, delete that listing when rented, and add another listing. Listing expires at the end of the term that you select.
